Here is a thought that appears simple but is quite difficult :
How do you describe a feeling to someone if they have never felt it?

Imagine trying to describe what it feels like to feel happiness but phrases like it makes you smile are no use if the person you are talking to has never smiled.
Imagine trying to describe what sadness feels like to a person who has never been sad or who has never cried.

Language has its limitations.
We use words that appear to describe feelings, but the truth is these words are not the same as feeling.
Feelings are inherently profound. PC2016.
